I love the jewelry but will not order again because I do not know what will be shipped to me because both (2) orders I placed were wrong. Contacting support for me does not work as I cannot hop in the car &return items because your shipping dept can’t get it together. I told this to Support &was ignored so I kept the wrong item, re-ordered, &again the order was wrong.

This is a beautiful simple chain that is made well, sterling silver and long. I have a big neck so most chains never work for me. I got a locket from my daughter for my birthday and wanted a chain to go with it that would be as nice as the locket and we’ll made because I don’t take it off except to sleep and shower. This item is reasonably priced for a sterling silver chain (it comes in gold as well). It shipped quickly and was packaged very well.
